    Shalom,

Please advise and send recommendations about existing schools in Israel who teaches the kosher / laws aspects of owning a kosher restaurant, and whose students who ‘ may ‘ be interested in openning a kosher restaurant in the United States.

Being from Toronto, I am not familiar with all the hotel hechsherim . The Mount Zion Hotel reception staff told me the hechsher rabbanut Yerushalyim – regular. Can this be relied upon?
