The following information is translated from Chief Rabbinate of Israel Kashrus alert 015/5774 dated 7 Nissan 5774.

Corn is a component of the ink used to stamp meat. Therefore, one who is stringent regarding kitnios on Pesach should make certain to peel away the ink prior to cooking.
