Following are excerpt was taken from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel Kashrut Enforcement Division dated 28 Sivan 5772.

Refined Corn Oil (barcode 729000254026) sold to institutions in 3 liter bottles do not have a hashgacha.

What appears to have taken place is that the exact label (Arabic writing) manufactured in Turkey has a legitimate OU hashgacha and permission from the Chief Rabbinate Import Division.

Someone appears to be manufacturing oil in France and importing it with an identical label with the OU omitted. One who is not careful to scrutinize the label could easily but the one without a hashgacha.
