IS this because of a breach in AKashrus or just Bureaucratic reasons

YECHIEL As far as I understand, the decision was made by the store. Rimon gave up the hecsher. It was not revoked.

I asked a waitress and was told this evening (Tuesday, 24 May) that the restaurant is under the hasgacha of Badatz Agudat Yisrael. She invited me to enter and look at their teudah stating this (which I did not do). Looking at the clientelle, I would say there are many people who are not aware of the change in hashgacha. Has the change been posted in Hamodia? Elsewhere? Is the restaurant required to display something outside where they ‘recruit’ customers??

YECHIEL: I was informed by the Agudah supervisor for the area that the hashgacha on the restaurant has ceased. I then spoke with the mashgiach, R’ Hillel Cohen, who confirmed this to be true. I did not see a notification publicized elsewhere.

Yechiel: Thank you very much for the service that you provide. All of your readers greatly appreciate it. You have published lists of establishments under the hasgachos of Rabbi Landau, Bedatz Beit Yosef and Bedatz Aida. Does Aguda publish a list? Thanks again.
