6. Ramada Renaissance Hotel, Jerusalem (Operating Pesach)**
7. Bayit Vegan Guest House, Jerusalem (meat/dairy)
8. Jerusalem Cuisine Catering/Take Away (meat/dairy)(Operating Pesach)**
9. Israel Center Café, Jerusalem (dairy)
10. Shocochino Catering, Jerusalem (meat/dairy)

** Businesses operating Pesach do not use gebrochs (shruya) and do use shmurah matzos. Obviously, there is no use of kitnios. A valid OU teudat kashrut for Pesach should be on display. All other OU teudot kashrut expire before Pesach and new ones should be issued after yomtov when they reopen.

    Why do the OU ban gebrochts? They are a mainstream anglo mehadrin supervision, not chasidic.

    Ditto to the above question. Some of us Ashkenazim still adhere to the gebroks shita and would LOVE to have a good and Halachikally kosher l’pesach restaurant in Jerusalem, to which we would be happy to go to.

    I suspect this won’t be posted in time since Yechiel has gone on vacation, but to answer Elie of April 7 OU Mehadrin has their own meat hechshers, OU and OU Glatt. I suspect they use OU glatt for their mehadrin restaurants. For the record I don’t eat OU but this is what I know.
