22 Adar II 5771 March 28, 2011 Incident one: A skirt that was lengthened by a seamstress was brought to the Williamsburg Shatnez Center. The actual fabric of the skirt contained threads that were 100% linen. The seamstress lengthened the skirt by expanding the waistband.
