Badatz Mehadrin (R’ Avraham Rubin Shlita) announces that the Trump energy drink is falsely advertising itself as being under the agency’s supervision.
The Trump drink is in black can with yellow/gold writing, manufactured in Poland, and imported by Piscal Sachar 2009 LTD.
Badatz officials explain the kashrus claim is a “total fraud”.

which problem (ingredient) could be in this kind of drinks?

The drink contains numerous ingredients that can be problematic including coloring and flavoring. There is also the item of the plan in which it is produced, the equipment and as you can see, many issues.
I am aware that such items do appear benign, perhaps innocent from a kosher point of view, but today, with the complicated food industry being what it is, this is simply not the case and a hechsher is required.
