The event is sponsored by the Efrat Religious Council. It will take place G-d willing on 11 Tishrei (the day after Yom Kippur), September 19th, beginning at 9:30am.
 
Speakers will include;
Opening remarks from Rabbi Shlomo Riskin, Oded Ravivi (head of the Efrat Local Council) and Bob Lang (head of the Efrat Religious Council).
 
Speakers on kashrus will include;
1.    Mrs. Aliza Hochstead (a local mashgiach and veteran mashgiach for KOF-K)
2.    Rabbi Ze’ev Whitman (Tnuva)
3.    Rabbi Tzvi Liker (Veteran mashgiach and independent kashrus consultant)
4.    Rabbi Shlomo Golan (Efrat Religious Council)
5.    Rabbi Shmuel Zemelman (Jerusalem Religious Council, Authority on kashrus and whiskey)
6.    Yechiel Spira (JKN)

THE DAY’S EVENTS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN HEBREW but there will be people on hand to translate to English.
