1. Yevulei Lachish
Rabbi Shalom Elezra, the rav of Moshav Shachar and the Jerusalem Rabbinate report Yevulei Lachish has lost its hechsher. The company produces insect-free greens. The decision to revoke its kashrut resulted from kashrut infractions that were not corrected.
As such, the products of this company may no longer be used in supervised locals. (Item one in the original Hebrew document, left side)

2. Yevulei HaNegev
Netivot Rabbinate officials report the company is bagging insect-free greens for the Yarok B’Midbar Company without authorization and duping the public. As such, the former lost its kashrut supervision. As a result, products of Yevulei HaNegev are no longer permitted for use in supervised establishments. (Item 2 in the original Hebrew document – right side)

3. Dover Brothers Butcher Shop – Shuk Machane Yehuda
A health inspection revealed unsanitary and dangerous condition, citing 140 kilograms (close to 300 lbs was deemed inedible. Furthermore, ground beef (15kg) was determined to be rotting, and 20kg of lamb meat was traced to Palestinian Authority autonomous areas. This meat originated in Australia and adhered to Muslim halal rules and not Jewish Shechitah. In short, the meat was definitely treif!
The kosher status of the other meats remains questionable, but it was determined the items for sale were below all minimum health codes. The Rabbinate reminds shoppers to only purchase meats from supervised butcher shops. (Item 3 in the original Hebrew document, left side)

4. Shin.Mem.Reish Salads (Rishon L’Tzion)
The Badatz Eida Chareidit reports this company has lost its hechsher as of May 5, 2010. The factory closed. Anyone sighting products with the label are urged to inform the Chief Rabbinate. (Item 4 in the original Hebrew, right side)

5. Ma’adanei HaMoshava Chamutzim Yisraelim
Inspectors arrived at the Moshav Yashresh factory and found stickers being used that state “Kosher Ramle Rabbinate” but in actuality, the operation does not have kosher supervision at all. The product is not permitted for use in supervised locations. (item 5 in original Hebrew, left side)
****
6. Fish Fillet Concerns
Many have expressed concerns that fish fillets from non-kosher fish may be among the legitimate fish imported into Israel. This is why shoppers must make absolutely certain that a fish fillet is sold in a package bearing a legitimate valid kosher certificate since the item no longer displays any kosher simanim (signs).
One such complaint addressed a fish from the silurid family, which is not a kosher fish. Of late, a red tuna packaged in Vietnam has also been imported, bearing a Triangle K and claiming to have an import permit from the Chief Rabbinate. It is imported by M.D.G. Sea Fruit and this company also imports seafood, contributing to many falling prey to items they believe are kosher but in actuality, are not.
As such, all items from the above-mention import firm are prohibited. (Item 6 in the original Hebrew, left and right sides)

7. Taam Hachaim 10
According to the National Kashrus Division of the Chief Rabbinate and Rabbi Yosef Efrati, the company located in Kfar Kassam which manufactures picked vegetables no longer enjoys kosher supervision. (Item 7 in the Hebrew original, left side)

8. Eleanor Candies
An inspection of the factory located in Kfar HaNagid reveals they were placing wrappers on candies claiming to have kosher supervision from Badatz Manchester, Badatz London, Agudat Yisrael, Vaad MK, and Rabbinate Matte Yehuda when the company hasn’t any hechsher from the local Rabbinate.
Any and all products from this company are to be returned forthwith. (Item 8 in the Hebrew original, right side)

9. A Word and a Warning About the Free Tasters
Over recent years, it has become increasingly common to find booths set up in supermarkets by food companies, to prepare and distribute free tasters, food samples of their products.
A mashgiach may not permit distribution of meat and dairy simultaneously to protect the public from tasting dairy following meat.
The items used to heat and prepare the food must be verified, that they are kosher as per the local rabbinate.
If non-mevushal wine is poured, it may not be by a non-Jew to protect the public as well.

10. Correction Regarding Report 19
It was mistakenly reported that Domino Pizza located at 138 Sokolov Street in Holon is not kosher because the store opens and operates on shabbat. This was erroneous and the store is kosher mehadrin with an appropriate supervision from the Holon Rabbinate.
The branch in Bat Yam advertises itself as kosher when in fact, it does not have supervision since it is open on shabbat.

what is new יבולי בנגב, the list that the rabbinate published a while ago already listed them as having certification removed?
