I also noticed another similar one called 'Sahar Mizrachi'. Is this one from the same guy as 'Pe’er Naftali'? If I get a chance I'll try and get a photo. From my limited look at Emek and the city centre I only noticed a few unapproved/unknown teudot in city centre and none so far in Emek, so the situation seems to be getting better. Hopefully this new one wont take hold...
