Thank you for your list, maybe you can explain why they import a kashrus organization if there are more than enough here.  Is there a problem with these hotels/restaurants that they are not up to the standard of Israeli kashrus or is it simply cheaper to pay the OU, it makes no sense to me.  From a business perspective I would think they are better off with something like Rav Rubin.</description>
