I assume the signs were flyers put on cars, which they must have copied from another branch, since all their Y-lem branches have Yerushalayim Mehadrin. They do have a certificate behind the register on the wall. I've never seen a display of the Jerusalem rabbinate, but from your pictures it appears they used some bags from another store - which had Jerusalem rabbinate on it.
