		<description>ben, I know what he meant. While that may be Yechiel&#039;s idea of kosher, I dont see this halacha anywhere in my shulchan aruch. Hence my question: why can&#039;t an eatery NOT be kosher even if it&#039;s the RAV hamachsir doesn&#039;t have smicha from the state?</description>
