Kudos to Badatz Beit Yosef. The certifying agency came through on Chol Hamoed, and there is a now a valid mehadrin certificate at the 40 Jaffa Street Jerusalem branch. The certificate is for this branch only and one cannot derive that the other branches are mehadrin as well if they lack a mehadrin certification. 

Those who were unwilling to eat regular Jerusalem Rabbinate and seek mehadrin, if Beit Yosef does it for you, enjoy while the hot weather is upon us. Chag Somayach.
