Thank you for being so informative again. I understand that you cannot visit them all. But what about GRILL PLUS that is not a restaurant but has take out food and catering and seems to always be full when we pass it, thus obviously popular. We've called to talk to the mashgiach and been given the run around. Most times he is not there but somewhere else. And when we have spoken to him he only had a minute. It is as if they are saying 'if you want to, then buy here, otherwise, don't - we have enough business. Do they really do the cooking elsewhere and bring it in? And from where do they get their chickens - we couldn't get a straight answer.

A lot of us would appreciate knowing how reliable they are "TODAY". They used to be when we knew one of the workers many moons ago.

Thank you again. Manya
