On Jaffe Street in the shuk is Nisan’s Cafe. The place is a nice cafe, selling dried beans and spices as well. He usually has some sort of letter hanging on the left side when one enters, but NO KOSHER CERTIFICATION. I have a number of photos and the letters change from time to time. Below a photo of the cafe’s outer sign for identification purposes.
